The entire process of building a new home with Grande was great. From the initial meeting to the final walk through and closing, the process was exciting and easy. We are happy to have chosen Grande to build our home. All new constructions are going to have hiccups along the way but it was how these hiccups were handled by the Grande team that made this process an enjoyable one. They handled/addressed every issue that we brought up to them during the home building process to our satisfaction, quickly and effectively. We’ve been in our new home for a short amount of time and have had some minor issues come up and the Grande team has again been very prompt in addressing them. Although we never want to go through the moving process again :), we would certainly go through the home building process again with Grande.

We are very pleased with the construction of our home and the customer service provided by Grande Construction. I refer all my family and friends to them for all of their construction needs and will continue to do so.

Amazing experience to transform our dreams and plans into a beautiful home that flows from room to room with Grande extra special touches throughout. Grande engineers were able to modify existing plans to customize our floor plan into a one of a kind master bedroom and bath that my husband and I can escape to after a busy day of work, kids, and family. I love the option to pick and choose everything from beginning to end and to add individual touches.

This was the first time we built a house. I thought I would be overwhelmed because I heard that the whole process can be very stressful, but Grande Construction made the process very enjoyable. Our family loved visiting the site to see the progress of our house. The team was very professional. They worked with our crazy schedule throughout the whole process. They were also more than willing to make changes to better meet our needs and answer any questions we had. The contractors were also very willing to meet us on site to answer our questions and concerns. The build progressed smoothly and was even finished ahead of schedule.

Building our house with the Grande team was the best experience we’ve ever had. We were taken care of every step of the way and were always kept in the loop. Any questions we had were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. Its been six months since our house was completed and we can honestly say we are still thrilled with our home. The team at Grande Construction treats every client like family; they truly do everything they can to make sure you get the home of your dreams.

What a truly professional company. We purchased a home a year ago and can’t be happier with not only the home but the customer service that we have received throughout. Even though a new home has a 1 year check list of issues, Grande has always come throughout the year to take care of any issues we have had.

Easy to work with. Very responsive. Quality work. Never having built a new house before! I was very apprehensive. My worries were unnecessary. Every problem was resolved. A pleasure to work with.

Laura was excellent. She worked with our time constraints when deciding on various features of our new home. She also was very responsive to any issues or concerns we had with our new home. She also would direct us to the appropriate person(s) if she could not resolve an issue. Great communication skills.

Although there are “cookie cutter” floor plans to choose from, Grande allows customizing the plan to fit your needs. Laura Grande was a pleasure to work with in coordinating all activities- from customizing the floor plan to selecting materials, and to final walk through.

Have your interest in mind when they build your home. They were very willing to make custom modifications throughout the process.

Last Saturday, we had a big dinner party and all our friends couldn’t say enough wonderful things about our home. This gave us the inspiration to write the following: In 2006, we purchased our dream home from Grande Construction with all the bells and whistles. Every time we walk into our home we’re reminded how much we love every detail of the design, the floor plan, all the upgrades, and overall quality. Remarkably, in the last 10 years, with very little maintenance, our home looks as beautiful as the day we bought it! We just want to take the time to thank Mr. Grande and everyone at Grande Construction. We always recommend them to all our friends and anyone who is in the market to buy a new home!
